To join Montfort - Lake Trémelin just follow the GR Tour de Brocéliande marked red and yellow (about 10km).
The tour of the lake: 5 kilometers (an hour) it is suitable for a family walk, a morning jog or to enjoy the calm of the site, even in full crowds.
